How to register Accrophil ?

To register, it's easy, just click the link 'create your free account' in the left menu. You will then receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Think about completing your profil, if possibile with your picture, in order to sell and buy on the site. Name followed by asterisk are mandatory.

If you did not receive a message in your email inbox, think about checking your SPAM folder and configure your messaging tool to accept messages from Accrophil.

What to do when I finished my purchases on Accrophil ?

When you have finished shopping (fixed price) or when you have won your auctions, you have to validate your cart. To do this, click on 'cart' and fill in the desired payment method and a possible comment for the seller.

You can also modify quantity for an item (when possible), remove one or some items form the cart (so remember to update the cart).

Attention : If you do not validate your cart within 2 days form the first purchase, the cart will automatically be validated by the site with ‘transfer’ as the payment method for the bids.

The cart validation automatically generates a billing request to the seller. However an invoice can contain several carts : the seller can group them but the requested payment method should be the same.

Why all categories are not displayed ?

The menu 'categories' on the left of the homepage only displays categories where there is at least one item for sale. This allows not to overload the list of categories with the empty ones. On the other side the 'buy' allows to see all categories present on the site, even those with no item.

How to add a favorite sellerComment ajouter un vendeur favori ?

To ass a seller in the list of your favorites, click on the left menu on ‘My favorite sellers’.
At the bottom of the page, you will access a form and a table that allow you to manage your favorite sellers (adding, removal).
Every morning you will receive in your personal inbox message summarizing put up for sale the day before of your favorite sellers.

What are the fees on Accrophil ?

• for the buyers : no other fee than the one requested by the sellers
• for the sellers : commission on sale 3 % pro sellers, 5 % the others sellers.

Remarque : the commission is calculated on each sold items. It is therefore of 1 centime. .

How to pay my seller commission on Accrophil ?

Commissions are calculated on each sale and debited automatically from your wallet. Make sure that it is sufficiently provisioned. If it is not the case, your account will be blocked.

How to credit my wallet on Accrophil ?

To credit your wallet, you must go to ‘My desk/manage my finance/credit my wallet. Several payment options are available to you. The amount is free, except If paying by Paypal where 20 euros minimum are required (the site supports Paypal costs).

To buy and sell on Accrophil, you must be logged in. So these menus appear only if you are registered and logged into the site. If they do not appear, it is because you are no longer connected.

Why I can not connect to the forum ?

How works the auction system on Accrophil ?

The auction system of Accrophil was reviewed and developed as follows.

Case of the first auction :

• from the first auction, a buyer can make an initial requested price by the seller and/or a maximum auction. For example for a starting price of 1 euro, if a buyer raises 2 euros, This is the starting price will be retained. If a bidder pose a higher setting to 1 euro, An automatic bid will be asked for the first bidder by the system and until is reaches the maximum price (here 2 euros).

• Case of max bid:

• a buyer can put a maximum bid in his first bid. The price used will be the one of the initiale bid or the winning bid plus the pitch planned by the seller. The price will be then incremented with each bid placed by an adverse party since the last prize winner until the max bid amount.
• If a bidder bids of the same amount that a max bid previously asked, it is the one who asked for the max auction first who wins. It is of course possible to bid in beyond.

• Case of the reserve price :

• a seller can ask for a reserve price to be reached fo an item. In this case no buyer will win Dans ce cas aucun acheteur ne sera gagnant until the reserve price is not reached. If a bidder ask for a lower bid than the reserve price, it is this amount which will be retained until the reserve price is reach. Be careful to see if there is a reserve price on the item for which you want to place a bid .

How much will How much will I pay for my rental shop on Accrophil ?

The amount of the shop rental is (1) euro by mounth.

Invoicing :

Every first day of the month, an invoice will be sent by the site with the rent amount for the past month. This amount will be automatically withdrawn from your wallet. Be sure that it is adequately provisioned: a negative balance blocked the seller account until the wallet sufficiently credited.

C'est quoi les accrotunes ?

The accrotunes, word derived word of Accrophil and of tunes (currency in slang) are vouchers that you have in your wallet on the site. 1 accrotune = 1 euro.

When you credit your wallet, it fulfills with accrotunes.

These accrotunes allow you to :

• for the sellers : to pay your commissions and renting of your shop
• for the buyers: to pay your sellers if they accept it (see their sale terms), up to 10 accrotunes.

There is no commission received by the site on accrotunes, their use is free of charge. They are not reimbursable by the site : be sure to have a sufficient number of accrotunes but not excessive.
